This is not a brand specific course and we give much attention to a personalized program. The teaching is adapted to the group of students, which makes it possible to accustom the course to the general request and respond to your interest.
We will be emphasizing on trying out various practical restoration techniques including machine and tool knowledge.
Pre-requisites:
watchmakers with some basic micromechanical experience using the lathe, filing, drilling etc.

Participants: 4 – 6 persons max., the class will be confirmed when the minimum number of participants is reached.
Part I and Part II can be taken independently. You do not need to follow part I for the part II as the subject is large, different approaches will be thaught in each of them.

- Tips on how to use various lathes and their accessories in restoration, including some practicing.
- General practical information about various tools and machines useful to the restorer.
- Introducing the jig boring machine as a measuring tool/pointer/ and part reproducing machine.
You will learn to understand how it can be used in the restoration of watches. - Theory and group work about various subjects about restoration of watches and part making.
Advanced students may have the possibility to practice some finishing techniques.
